Q. How much do your cookies cost?
A. I do not have a specific price per cookie. This is because each cookie order is comprised of a variety of factors that affect the costs (i.e. size of each cookie, variety of design within order, difficulty of design). Please email me at coulstoncookiecompany@gmail.com for a specific quote for your order.

Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A. Typically, I require an order of 1 dozen or more. However, there may be times that I could accommodate a smaller order (i.e. a holiday where I will be making more cookies of the same or similar design). If you are wanting a smaller order than 1 dozen cookies, please don't hesitate to email me and we may be able to work something out!

Q. Do you ship?
A. No, I am not shipping cookie orders at this time.

Q. I saw something online that I like. Can you make something similar?
A. I get the majority of my inspiration online, too! Send me a picture in your email of what you'd like and I will let you know if I can do something similar.

Q. How early should I place my order?
A. I need at least 3 days notice to complete a small order (1-2 dozen). Please allow more time for larger orders. Keep in mind, however, once my schedule fills up, I will not take any more orders. It is best to order early and secure your spot on my calendar.

Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A. No. I only accept cash and check payments. Please make out your check to Bethany Coulston.

Q. I have nut allergies. Are your cookies prepared in a nut free kitchen?
A. No. The cookies are baked and decorated in a kitchen containing nuts and nut products. If you have any dietary/allergen questions, feel free to email me!

Q. I would like a specific shaped cookie. Do you have the cutter I want?
A. I have over 200 cookie cutters in my collection so there is a good chance that I have one that will work. If I don't have what you need, I will try my best to locate one.

Q. You don't have the cutter I want and you can't find one either. Can you hand-cut shapes for me?
A. I may be able to hand-cut the dough for certain shapes. Hand-cutting the dough will result in a higher priced cookie, as this process is very time consuming. If this is something you would like, we can discuss it as we plan your design!
